This is a lecture given by Charles Leadbeater about looking at problem areas to find solutions. Besides the fact that this guy has an awesome name, I think he is spot on with his assessment of education and the need to change motivation. Looking back at my schooling the most difficult thing for me was staying motivated, and that was with all the conveniences of living in a developed nation.
